the spirit knight class can spec into either armor & be top heavy and almost impossible to knock off balance, but susceptible to the armor eating slime class ... and / or be nimble in their spirit but slow in their physical presence
or be more nimble physically but sacrifice protection
the healthbar and balance meters are shown... the health bar is an L-System generated plant, it's your health plant, which is more dynamically affected than an "HP" meter, it's no longer about who can get the highest number on their health points (boring, capitalist, and grindy af) but who can tend their garden... some classes can grow giant trees which need spirit axes, etc. whereas some in this case are physically imposing but can only grow a sapling
armor and spirit can provide protection to your plant, when you get knocked off balance your plant gets exposed to damage more easily, some classes can prune your plant directly
