I DID NOT STATE THAT AS A FACT. I SAID IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME IF THAT WAS TRUE.

The user, clearly indicated to be El Has Music, has selected the three dots on his comment, but there is no 'Pin' option in the menu despite the fact that he is signed into the account that posted the current video and the comment he is trying to pin is posted under that same account.
