Ich bin einfach mal optimistisch und gehe davon aus, dass die Erkältung ordentlich abgeklungen ist.

Deshalb sitze ich jetzt auch in Zug 1 von 3 auf dem Weg einen lieben Kerl in Brüssel zu besuchen. In Frankfurt sammel ich dazu noch einen weiteren Menschen ein und vielleicht trinken wir drei dann einfach ein paar Bier am Wochenende.

Stand jetzt laufen die beiden involvierten ICE pünktlich.

My #NightTrain was unusually late so I got the train to Köln 4 hours later. (DB made it easy.) Half of my compartment was FOSDEM people.

On the Köln-Bruxelles train I was surrounded by FOSDEM people, one coming all the way from Tornio/Haparanda.

🚄💨 Taking the #ICE14 from Frankfurt (Main) Hbf 🇩🇪 to Bruxelles-Midi 🇧🇪, my first time travelling on the #ICE3neo! I reserved a seat in first class but the train wasn’t busy at all. I also checked out the restaurant menu 🍽️ and ordered the pork medallions and a beer 🍺 for lunch.

Some traditionally powerful train infrastructure with Deutsche Bahn, e.g. Frankfurt Main Station. But unfortunately now it's rotten. #ICE14 again having technical issues even before starting, let's hope they manage to solve. And let's invest to make it a frontrunner system in carbon friendly travelling!
