The #Gaza #Biennale is an initiative by #artists in and from Gaza, taking the form of ‘أجنحة’ — wings or pavilions — in #cities around the world, supported by local teams. The #Berlin Pavilion will take place from mid-November through mid-December 2025 across several venues, showcasing the work of artists from Gaza.

Over 400 Berlin-based artists have donated works on paper in solidarity with our colleagues in Palestine who are living through famine and genocide. In this context, the Gaza Biennale gives presence to their experiences and connects their struggle to an international network.

The fundraiser will make the Berlin Pavilion possible: It will support the participating artists in Gaza by paying them artist fees, reproducing works that cannot leave Gaza under the siege, and expanding the ecosystem of the Biennale that allows the public to engage with their work.
