@TexasObserver The intention of Abbott & his interstate co-insurrectionists seems to be pretty clear: Full on attack against the Reconstruction Amendments.
Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1, Clause 2:
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..."
This also applies to the right of free movement.
