Equilibrium at Jackson's Pit, Oldham, 22nd June 2007.
The singer/guitarist's girlfriend was a friend of a friend from work, so I offered my services for the night.
They weren't bad, just not as polished as most of the other bands I worked with, and were happy playing to 20 of their mates in a dank hole in the ground every few weeks rather than trying to get heard by as many people as possible.
I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that, but I wasn't getting too attached.

Bernard, lead singer and guitarist with local band Equilibrium at Jacksons Pit, Oldham, 22nd June 2006.
I worked with his then-girlfriend, and she mentioned they were playing, so i offered my services, and a great time was had by all.
