Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney gave what can best be described as a "Churchil level speech" at Davos yesterday. H/T to my best friend #JoshBiggley insisting I read it.

During my weekly work-life balance sync with #JoshBiggley he said:

"It makes you think, how much does someone have to pay you for you to let them abuse you?"

Which really took me back. My brain knows the answer is "no amount" but working in tech, I know there's definitely a line somewhere.

More to the point, I realized that if you don't know that number (or think you don't have one) you'll probably end up caving for far less than is healthy.
