20 years ago today #JohnnyCash made his last ever live performance when he appeared at the Carter Ranch. He dedicated 'Ring of Fire' to his wife #JuneCarterCash who died in May of 2013. He read this statement.
"The spirit of June Carter overshadows me tonight with the love she had for me and the love I have for her. We connect somewhere between here and heaven."
Johnny Cash died two months later.
