Got chatting to someone about fidgets on my desk so here's this desks knucklebones, an excellent quiet fidgets during meetings.

LTR a titanium, very end heavy a little long for my fingers, a Pear Wood 7-2.2cm (can't find online anymore 😞) light and grippier and somehow fits, a newer resin one thats a little wider with flatter ends which is interesting, a POM one (can be slippy), and a basic purple sandalwood.

A line of knuckle bone rollers which are fidget toys with rounder/bulbous weighted ends and slimmer middles to twirl around your fingers. A a sharpie fine point is at the bottom for scale. They are symmetrical, around 60mm long with 20ish mm ends coming into 7-9ish mm centres.

Left to right there's a metal one with flat bluish ends, then a larger wooden pearwood one, a yellowish resin one catching the light, a yellow plastic one, and a reddish/brown wooden one

This week I got a cheap POM knuckle roller (Knuckle bone seems to be the trademarked by Aroundsquare in 2017) to fidget with from the UK outfit Skilltoyz for like £10.

So far very impressed, much more tactile and immediate than Begleri for me, more ability to get used as a worry stone or fidget as well as a skill toy. Not much/scattered community but a good handful of instructional youtube vids and also very learn to do stuff by playing.
