(und ja, es bräuchte kein Opentofu, Helm und Kubernetes aber damit arbeite ich halt eh täglich 😅 )

I would like to get rid of our commercial shopping list app.
Instead I want to selfhost #KitchenOwl on #Unraid. To make the list available remotely (when we are in the supermarket), I could use Unraid's #Tailscale integration and activate Tailscale in the KitchenOwl container.
The free plan of Tailscale allows 3 users. We are a family of four.
Is it as simple as it seems or is a user in Tailscale counted somehow differently so that the free plan would be sufficient for us?

@tombursch Hallo Tom, ich würde gerne von grocy zu #kitchenOwl wechseln (weil ersteres für mich ein wenig überfrachtet ist). Läuft auch direkt wunderbar unter Docker auf meiner Synology. Allerdings benötige ich die Rezepte-Funktion nicht und jetzt frage ich mich, wie ich manuell Items der Einkaufsliste hinzufügen kann. Bin ich einfach blind, oder geht das nur über Rezepte?
Ich prangere an, dass es in der hervorragenden Software #KitchenOwl kein Symbol für #Tofu gibt!

@mondstern Ups, Grocy habe ich auch installiert, wollte ich schon länger mal ausprobieren. Aber wie es nun einmal so ist... 😅
Falls sich #Kitchenowl mit mehreren Profilen oder so betreiben lässt, wäre es doch gelacht wenn wir nicht weitere Interessierte und jemanden mit Installations- und Administrationswillen finden. Es gibt gefühlt viele von Ihnen, #Pixelfed, #Mastodon, #Owntube, #Lemmy, #Invidious, #Piped und so weiter zieht ja auch Leute an. 🙂
