A #maximumRentalIncome is a grand idea, cheers. And cheers to #Germany we might add.

Bitcoin is fine, due to its relatively small market cap relative to the total money's out there, its still a '#shallowPoolOfVolatility'. Its also under attack from grifters. Expect fluctuations to ease as more ppl become savvy.

Its not a "currency" though, its money. A #LayerTwoCurrency pairs with bitcoin for daily (and private) transactions.

We never complained about bitcoin energy use.
