My heartfelt sympathies go out to those who have been affected by the recent wave of layoffs. Having personally known some of the individuals who were laid off, I understand the pain and uncertainty they may be facing. I want to express my best wishes for their future endeavors, hoping that they find new opportunities and success in their paths ahead.

What are memorable or thoughtful ways you’ve experienced #offboarding? For my next #TechWorks column at The New Stack, I’d love to highlight positive exit experiences (relatively speaking) whether it was your choice or not. #TechLayoffs #layoffs2023 #layoffsupport #hrchallenges

Is there a hashtag for people who've experienced tech layoffs to connect with each other, share resources, commiserate, etc? And for community to support?

Could also be used to share opportunities, like job openings, or people who want to form coops together, or people who want to organize against future layoffs.

If there's nothing yet...maybe #LayoffSolidarity or #StandUpToLayoffs or #LayoffSupport or #TechSupport or #TechSupporters idk I'm spitballing.

Just want to connect&help. <3
