* WHERE...Most of Massachusetts, from the Berkshires on eastward to eastern Massachusetts and the North Shore.
* WHEN...From 8 AM to 6 PM EDT Friday.
A severe thunderstorm watch has been posted, in effect until 9pm EDT, for Berkhire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester counties in MA as well as Fairfield, Hartford, Lichfield, Middlesex, New Haven, Tolland, and Windham counties in CT.
This does not currently include #LexingtonMA or any of metro Boston.
This round of heat and humidity will be short lived as a front passes through later today. With that passage, we could see some strong or severe thunderstorms. The Storm Prediction Center has most of eastern MA at a marginal (1 out of 5) risk; Worcester west is at a slight (2) risk.
