for me, as an autistic trans feminine person :ms_neurodiversity: :transfem_flag:, it's been complicated and i'm just figuring it out. but i have at least one piece of underwear that i know i feel really good in to the point where i look forward to wearing it.
it's not as good for my dysphoria, sadly, but, autistically and sensorially speaking, it helps a ton. i haven't realized how bothered i was by my underwear until i at least had this one that i felt comfortable in. and now that i have one, well, i can find others that are like it.
i know it sounds stupid and basic, but I swear to you that it helps a ton more than you would expect.
