“August Egg Company began diverting all eggs to an egg breaker in May 2025. This breaking facility processes eggs to eliminate the #Salmonella risk”

I was freaked out by the term egg breaker so I had to go look it up and it seems that I found a 2015 training module?

I appreciate so much whoever on this platform told me the egg beaters are pasteurized so if I do want to bake with eggs that would be the way to go. That, and this link made me feel better about eggs. Idk that I like the “chemicals” they add, they provide the list in the link and it looks OK but what do I know.

But yeah, after reading this I feel a lot better about the use of the egg beaters, except now I know that the egg beater eggs are salmonella eggs they have recalled. I’m goad they don’t go to waste.

Page 11 from the link it says “liquid egg product flow”, and I would describe it except it’s rather large it has six columns and some of the rows have seven rows, but it’s a flow chart so you really don’t want me to read the whole thing to you. We’ll be here forever.
