Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use the #LocalPropertyTax tool to give you an estimate for your #LPT return. Last year, a house in our estate sold for €575k - 55k below the lower value of Band 6. The tool gives you an estimate when you click or tap (to make up for its atrocious colour coding?) but it claimed in all seriousness that it's band 7. As if our house, same as that house, would now be worth almost 750k? FUCK THE FUCK RIGHT FUCKING OFF
