This article addresses the recent controversy surrounding the band KISS and their frontman Paul Stanley. Longtime KISS manager Doc McGhee addressed the accusations that Stanley had been lip-syncing on some of their recent tours. McGhee explained that Stanley has been dealing with a throat issue which affects his singing and that lower-toned songs may have been sung by background vocalists in order to preserve Stanley's vocals.
