Such an needlessly complicated scheme: Paying £240/month for 6 months, then £480/m after that, but capped at £360/m per year.

UK Government has just had it at £350/m from inception. Simpler. Fairer. Easier. More generous.

@esm My high-school physics teacher was like that: everyone in class was building electronic AM-radio receivers according to his detailed instructions, each complete with variable tuning circuit.
