The show was not really a concert but more of an artistic experience as she read some of Baldwin's writings between performance of her own music with a tremendous band and vocals from Justin Hicks. New album *Ventriloquism* by Meshell Ndegeocello is out!

I'm a bit allergic of Prince covers, especially Sometimes it Snows in April, so I will not comment on that.

But the cover of George Clinton's Atomic Dog is really well done. It can even compete with the original, probably because it doesn't really sound like the original (and don't get e wrong; I love the original).
