#MixedIntegerProgramming . I am aware of no such algorithm. Also that is before we account for the diverging agent's interests from the collective's interests.
You can have #anarchy on a space station I think but the personal freedoms there are so restricted due to necessity that it would be oppressive compared to life on earth today.
