As a photographer, I am constantly in search of inspiration, Lagos, Portugal, has proven to be an endless source of natural wonder and creative potential. Recently, I had the privilege of conducting two art nude photoshoots at Praia do Canavial in, both at the same time of day, just after sunrise. What made these shoots truly special was the unique charm that each model, Paloma Setaro and Maria do Mar, brought to the experience.
Paloma Setaro: A Dawn of Grace
In the quiet tranquility of the early morning light, Paloma Setaro graced Praia do Canavial with her presence. The soft, warm hues of the sunrise painted the sky as Paloma effortlessly blended into the serene surroundings. The casual, carefree vibe of the shoot was a celebration of the simplicity of enjoying nature and becoming one with it.
Two of the most memorable moments from Paloma’s session was when she stood on the clifftop track with the early morning light. It was a moment of pure poetry, as she seemed to merge with the tranquil beauty of Praia do Canavial.
As a photographer, I found Paloma’s ability to connect with the environment and convey a sense of serenity truly remarkable. It was as if she had become an integral part of the coastal landscape, a testament to the harmonious relationship between humans and nature.

Two of my favorite shots from Maria’s session captured her in the same location and I love seeing the different energies both models brought to the shoot and the vibe I was looking for.
These two photoshoots at Praia do Canavial, with Paloma Setaro and Maria do Mar, were a testament to the ever-changing beauty of nature and the unique personalities that graced it. Paloma’s and Maria’s wild and free-spirited nature both added depth to the same breathtaking landscape. Sydney’s urban landscape consistently surprises me with its blend of architecture, culture, and lively energy. Thus, on a tranquil Sunday morning in November 2022, equipped with my photography gear and accompanied by the spirited model Vanessa Aniott, I embarked on a photoshoot aiming to capture the essence of urban beauty unconventionally. The theme? Swimwear amidst the Sydney cityscape.
As dawn broke over the iconic George Street, Vanessa wearing a striking purple bikini within urban surroundings we began our photoshoot. The early hour ensured an empty street, granting us the liberty to transform it into our personal canvas.
The choice of swimwear might have been unusual for a city shoot, yet that was the intention. We sought to challenge norms and blend unexpected elements, using George Street as our stage. Vanessa’s poise and confidence radiated as she gracefully navigated the concrete and steel giants enveloping her.
In our initial shots, I positioned Vanessa in the middle of George Street, using the road’s light rail lines and the towering buildings to craft a visually compelling frame. The lines directed attention towards Vanessa, the unmistakable focal point. Her confident pose against the buildings presented a captivating contrast – a testament to the coexistence of nature and man-made structures.
As the morning unfolded, Vanessa’s ability to seamlessly blend into the cityscape, turning each shot into a story of urban beauty and resilience, left me inspired. The images captured that Sunday morning now hold a special place in my portfolio, reminding me of the creative potential within collaboration.
Anticipating my return to Sydney later this year, I look forward to the endless possibilities for future photoshoots. Each offers a chance to explore artistry and emotion anew. Perhaps another sunrise session on George Street will grace my schedule, allowing me to once again blend the human forms beauty with the captivating cityscape Sydney generously provides. Hey! Welcome to a new post featuring a new edit from a Photoshoot with model Aarthi in Sydney, with an Urban Fashion and Beach theme. This half day shoot had two very different vibes for the shoot.
One would be urban fashion on and around the Manly Corso – normally filled with locals and tourists visiting the shops and food locations while at the beach. On seeing the outfit Aarthi had brought along, it was immediately clear these shots had to be monochrome and you can check out many of those shots in my poftfolio here!
The other theme for this urban fashion and beach photoshoot was for moody beach vibes wearing a mixture of swimwear and various cover ups. This shot exactly what we were aiming for with white bikini bottoms and a white coverup top. With monochrome post processing and Aarthi bringing all of the mood to the shot we have an amazing editorial feel.

I recently had the pleasure of conducting an outdoor London photoshoot with the stunning model Eniko. Located amidst the bustling surroundings of Canary Wharf, our session yielded a collection of breathtaking images that beautifully highlighted her innate beauty and undeniable confidence.
Commencing the shoot, Eniko exuded an air of casual vibe, wearing a pair of denim jeans paired with a white tank top. This ensemble effortlessly captured her natural style and is featured in these three images from the shoot, processed in black and white for an editorial style.
As we transitioned between various locations, Eniko’s unwavering energy and enthusiasm continued to shine. Her genuine and effortless approach to modeling made the process of capturing those perfect moments an absolute delight. As we progressed into the latter portion of the shoot, Eniko opted for a figure-flattering red tank top. We relocated to a nearby car park, introducing a fresh backdrop distinct from the urban cityscape.

One of the standout shots from the session features the stunning model, Elyse, basking in the glorious summer weather. Welcome to the latest addition to my photography portfolio, featuring the captivating Catarina Correia for an art nude photoshoot. My aim for this photoshoot was to capture the essence of a leisurely Sunday morning, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect model to bring this vision to life.
This post features a number of shots from the shoot, I invite you to observe Catarina’s reflection in the mirror, adorned in a partially undone bra, as she playfully engages with the camera. Her knowing gaze adds a touch of allure to the scene, leaving us captivated by her presence. Also a couple of shots from the bedroom.
For this shoot, I utilised a Canon r5 camera paired with a Canon 70-200mm lens or a Sigma 35mm art lens for this shoot. During post-processing, my intention was to recreate the soft and dreamy atmosphere reminiscent of Sunday mornings. I’m incredibly pleased with the final result. Catarina’s effortless beauty and her natural comfort in front of the camera made my job easy.
