A mason wall at hip height obscures from the road behind it the garbage collection area. Today is a collection day so bags of stuff sit here waiting for the garbage compactor. The bright yellow netting that's supposed to keep birds from making a mess has been pulled back and lies partially on the wall. Behind the wall is a 7-8ft or 2.5m high memorial stone pillar, about a foot or 30cm thick, and 2.5 times as wide. I didn't read what it is about; it's near a shrine. We cannot read it in the picture because we only see the top half of the back of it. In the background are power lines, various residential buildings, and a sky covered in thin white cotton wool cloud layer.
