ProjetMTL just keeps jacking the valuations for a wishlist that we never see here in our portion of the borough...
ProjetMTL has jacked the valuation by more than 80K of our semi-detached in Côte-des-Neiges... nice gift for the incoming mayor.
That's on top of jacking the valuation less than 3 years ago... and 3 years before that! ProjetMTL is attempting to price people out of this portion of the borough.
THIS HAS GOT TO STOP, FFS.
