In the vein of the post I just boosted, may I just say how grateful I am for Dr. Stephane Pigeon and his incredible #MyNoise website? I've had #Tinnitus since 2021. My audiologist told me at my diagnosis that there was no treatment, only two options: #CBT or antipsychotic medication 'to deal with the sleep deprivation'.
