🎮 Eek! So...I thought I'd play My Time At Portia on my Switch as I haven't in a while (great game, ama right? 😜). It looks like it has a few game bugs when I progressed to a certain point (...me, crying in the corner > 😭). And I love this game 🥹 hopefully it gets patched! It could be that I have a dodgy save or something but not sure 🤔 at least I can still play some missions on it! 💜

I completed the main story in My Time at Portia. It was a bit gruelling towards the end because suddenly you needed a ton of crystal and it never had a high drop percentage!

I think it's a cute game with teeth, because the logistics challenge of keeping yourself supplied and assembling items requires strong planning skills.

I find myself ready to play My Time at Sandrock because I got so familiar with the gameplay loop.

I had my second failed quest happen in the My Time at Portia...Because the time wasn't right for her to be led to the mayor's office (they didn't program in the flexibility for her to see the mayor during his normal business hours).

The crystal hunt is a slog until my crystal producing trees start to bear mineral fruit! In the meantime, I expanded my farming operation, upgraded my factory, started relic hunting more intensely, and working on filling up the Museum.

I finally met Greenie's dad (who looks like a clone of my character save for a bigger nose, belly, and slightly shorter beard). He challenged me off to a Builder Bout after being on a mission for over 13 years. That's a wild little story.

The worst thing about the object we're to build is that it primarily uses too many rare resources: Crystal and Sapphire. The two which I have the least of. I'm deeply irked by this development.

A lot of the anime which I've got in my watch list have dropped an update today! I'm going to be busy catching up while washing my laundry.

After the new episodes and laundry is washed...I can play My Time at Portia because that game is so good! I made so much progress yesterday that the momentum truly built up. I think I could buy the next game after reaching the endgame in Portia.

With the Southern Block built up as a rest stop and commerce outpost, the next project for Portia has been created: Build up the Portia Harbor.

So far everything has lived up to my expectations in terms of the aesthetic (shabby post-apocalyptic chic) I can't wait to see what improved Harbor looks like!
