There is a canal of train tracks that cuts through the city here. All the way in the back are the elevated bullet train tracks. Tacked on to the side is the bumpy people mover train and a silver specimen with a red stripe along the side is in the center of the shot. Further towards our POV there are about 6 more tracks at ground level, which we don't actually see but know they're there because of the power wires suspended there. The reason why we cannot see the actual tracks but everything behind it is unobstructed is a wall, about chest height, that's been clad in metal sheeting. That sheeting has severely rusted in one large section and at the top of another to the right. The elements (and possibly humans) have also worn off the top coat of this sheeting below the rusty edge, it is discolored. More decay incoming.

There is mostly green shrubs and trees in the foreground. Then, and at a slight angle, the elevated bullet train tracks cut through the picture. The somewhat tacked on tracks of the New Shuttle run alongside and a silver six-car train with pink livery is about to leave the shot to the left. Behind it are the big metal arches holding the power lines for the much faster trains (the New Shuttle runs on wheels on concrete and picks up power from a ground-level guard rail). In the background there is an overcast sky with blue patches and a tall red-and-white power pole towards the left side.
