What all the AI music people are missing is that music isn't just pretty, enjoyable to listen to, etc. 50% of the point is the passion and (hopefully) profound realizations of the *human* who wrote it, another 45% of the point is the passion of the *human* who performed it. Only 5% is the actual music itself. Knowing that the beauty, intensity, and complexity of a musical arrangement was spit out by an algorithm sucks 95% of the "musicness" out of the music.
