I’ve just forced myself awake from a horrible #dream, but it felt like it took me forever to do so. Only when I managed to convince people in this dream to help me sit up did I actually manage to achieve consciousness, and it took an age and me screaming instructions to them on how to move my legs to the side to get myself upright.

There were a whole host of characters in the dream. Family, work colleagues and more. All currently living people, so I didn’t even have the consolation of seeing my dad whilst suffering deep within it.

I’m too scared to go back to sleep now.
I’d rather have the #insomnia than this.
