I am SO sick and tired of clicking on YouTube videos to see what is in the thumbnail, only to find out that it's actually just generative slop that isn't actually featured in the video, because it doesn't actually exist. This has become a particular problem with transportation and tech videos on YouTube, showing cars and bicycles and other products that don't exist.
The thing in the screenshot isn't real, it doesn't exist, it's not in the video, obviously, she's not pedalling.
Nun hab ich die Dokumentation „Tod des Internets“ von @sixtus auch gesehen und ich liebe und hasse alles daran. Sehr, sehr gut gemacht. Und es hat eine merkwürdig schöne Ästhetik mit den kuratierten, generierten Sequenzen.

LRT: I need to get a new laptop that runs Windows. I plan to mostly use it to run Linux, but it needs to also be able to run Windows well enough so that when I am travelling away from home, I can play Final Fantasy XIV Online.
However, any new laptop I buy is going to likely be capable of running Copilot and Recall. I really don't want either of them, and I don't want to have to go through the trouble of figuring out how to totally permanently disable them.
