"Too big to fail" - hätte eine Regel hervorgebracht: Der Staat ßbernimmt die fallierte Bank, lässt das Investmentbanking dort, wo es ist (pleite), zahlt keinen Investoren/Aktionären irgendetwas aus (war schliesslich deren Risiko) und fßhrt das "solide" Geschäft mit Obligationen und Sparbßechli und Hypotheken weiter, bis man einzelne Teile der Bank an Private verkauft. So gemacht in Schweden.
