A stitched panorama of a long sandy seashore stretching off into the distance to a point of land that continues to some offshore islets, and in the distance further headlands. In the foregroud are some grasses and sedges, turning brown. The tide was headed out so there quite a few pools of water still on the sand. Occasionally along the beach are rocky outcrops and piles of washed-ashore kelp.
