I'm sorry to place a comment. Agreed on all but one: no more oil and gas. The planet can't sustain it anymore.
I realize this is not your main worry at the moment [if at all] but let Russia pay in other materials. And comply them to invest in civilian infrastructure. Poor rural areas should benefit of a Russia without Mafia and oligarchs.
