This year we will be doing this exercise virtually in order to define in advance all the topics that the data community considers essential to have within the Abrelatam sessions at #OpenAmerica.

🔚 The selection of those who will receive a scholarship to participate in #OpenAmerica has ended!

📥 526 applications were received, 324 national and 202 international. Everyone who applied received an email with a positive or negative result. Check your inbox and spam folder.

🔸 The scholarships were selected by a committee that decided on all the applications taking into account the criteria provided in the application form.

📌 The cool thing is that it has an open, flexible, and unrestricted format - hence the idea of an unconference. This year, Open Knowledge Brasil is the civil society organization responsible for holding Abrelatam.
