I was cleaning out the chicken coop the other day and found a treasure in the dirt! 🤭 It's a #coin from 1875, and it says "Deutsches Reich • 1875 • 10 Pfennig".
The things it must have seen ... 🤯 (featuring "Wait, you're 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 doing that?" and "No way, you're doing t𝐡a𝐭 again??")

A split image shows a heavily rusted, historical German 10 Pfennig coin from 1875. The reddish-brown, corroded surface has green verdigris. The left side (obverse) features a double-headed imperial eagle ("Reichsadler") with a crown, clutching a sword and sceptre, symbolising the German Empire. The right side (reverse) is largely unreadable due to corrosion, but faint lettering for "Deutsches Reich" and the date 1875 are visible. The coin, made of copper-nickel, rests on a grey, textured surface. Its condition suggests a low monetary value but high historical interest.
