A slow moving cold front will push across NY and likely stall SAT or SAT night across eastern NY or far western New England. At the same time...heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of TS Philippe will push into much of Maine. Basin average rainfall may approach or exceed 3 inches across portions of northern New York State and northern/eastern Maine through Sunday morning.
