I have been using substack to host my podcasts at the moment, but I am reaching the limit of what it can do.

I really want to make a website. But does anyone know any open source platforms that will allow me to host multable podcast under one account

#PodcastHelp hi all, I have four files that I wish to turn into one with chapter markers in MP3 format. I also want players like Winamp and other players to recognize the chapters. What sort of tool, paid or otherwise, is good for this kind of editing? Thanks in advance for any help. Note, I know you can do this with Auphonic, and I'm trying to figure out how to do that. Anyway, any suggestions definitely welcomed. Oh, and the process must be accessible with the screen reader. again, thanks.
