Our new publication looks at how AB testing combined with reinforcement learning could be used for the improvement of business processes. We look at risks, requirements and visions, trying to illuminate the topic from diverse viewpoints. For this, we employed the grounded theory research method, basing our findings on interviews with 16 BPM experts.
