Okay. I might have just lost it a little and dropped a string of expletives on a chat bot and in the feedback for Shopify’s help page.
It’s super not helpful and I’m also just pissed about one of their clients uncancelling a subscription and charging me again and apparently they have multiple copies of my credit card attached and I can’t remove them as the Shopify interface only supports adding new information.
I’m so full of rage at the enshittification of everything—particularly terms of use (EULA).
