It appears that ULA VC4S USSF-87 was again subject to more solid rocket motor issues.
All indications is that this SRB expelled its nozzle, notably by the direction the exhaust plume ended up going from this booster.
All reports indicate the payload arrived at its destination, but it really seems like ULA is starting to lose industry confidence, including having lost Tory Bruno to Blue Origin.
