Kind of an empty day.
Still recovering from being sick.
I managed to get some rice and beans cooked, so that gives me at least 3 days of lunches.

I haven't played any #ESO or #mechwarrioronline this evening. I have Florence+The Machine's "Never Let Me Go" on loop.

I find myself in a new headspace lately. I don't have to be "adulting" all the time. Sometimes just actually resting - like laying down and putting up my feet - is being "productive". I'm 56, and not in good shape. I can't push myself the way I used to. I need to listen to my body.

I hope you are all listening to your bodies and giving yourself some real rest. No doomscrolling. Maybe even turning off your phone for a bit. We have to give our minds some rest as well.
