The ‘rape of Africa’ started with the genocidal colonial powers after the Berlin Conference and is maintained by neo-colonial powers who don’t give a toss for the lives of Africans or the abuses of African elites of their own people.
No real ‘African Solution’ exists but in the minds of civic-minded Africans themselves which cannot be implemented, nor seriously discussed until ‘all’ non-African stop raping the continent and its people.
But that’s only my opinion, a non-African with absolutely no idea of what it’s really like on the ground. So, what the f^&* do I know?
