You'd think slapping a big metal saucer to make pretty sounds wouldn't require the same accuracy and finger flexibility than, say, playing a guitar or a piano.
Well, bad news: it does. Probably even more, since there's a much larger surface to cover. And while my thumbs and forefingers seem up to the job, the others are useless appendages dangling hopelessly like dead jellyfishes on a stick at this point.
