In general, I'm in favour of #RecallLegislation. The Alberta recall legislation does seem to have suficient "guardrails", ie. 40% of the electorate required to trigger it, 18 months of no recalls after an election. But instead of unilaterally turfing out the politician there should be a byelection, with maybe two times a year that a recall byelection could be held.
