Any #SanFrancisco experts on red light #trafficCamera court cases?

My vehicle rolled a right turn on red and the camera snapped a pic. The driver isn't me, and I'm not willing to identify the driver. The photo is grainy and not very good.

I requested a secondary review, and they said it's still me (I sent in a recent photo of myself with it).

I did trial by written disposition, including more recent photos of myself. Guilty. (And took 3 months.) "Beyond a reasonable doubt" ... what a crock.

I'm going to do a Trial de Novo now, but seriously, WTF? Do the courts just ram these through hoping someone will get too exhausted to fight?

Any advice?

I'd rather not use one of those traffic-ticket types of services.

As someone who holds a valid drivers license. Who has driven cars. I'm with the City and Ottawa Police that there should be more Red Light cameras more Speed Enforcement Cameras and extremely heavy fines and loss of permit. (Your drivers license is a PRIVILEGE and comes with responsibility and consequences). This will likely make people upset and I don't care. #Ottawa #Rules #RedLightCamera #SpeedCamera

LA's worst #RedLightCamera - apparently this and a couple of others were raising around $2M a year for one of the local agencies. It's in the middle of a parking lot, dead end. It *only exists* to extract ticket fees out of unsuspecting visitors.
