I also watched #revice today and it was another pretty good episode. I felt like less happened in this episode than in previous ones, but at the same time it feels like a setup for things to come. Things like Vail using his own experience with losing Junpei to shake Vice's faith in his relationship with Ikki to Akaishi's grand plan for humanity. The fact that Vail's hatred seems genuinely motivated by his perceived abandonment by Junpei also helps to make him feel less two-dimensional.
