I -really- wish we had quote toots. I don't want to hijack or rain on a parade of "good jobs!" to #RobertaKaplan

but it strikes me that the FBI and DOJ in general have consistently and -very- thoroughly done the opposite of seeking justice for Trump in dozens and dozens of instances.

I am glad she, her team and client just illustrated what is still possible for the #legal system to do for the US people. But words cannot express my contempt for the corrupt folks at DOJ who block this justice

#RobertaKaplan and #ShawnCrowley have demonstrated the highest ideals of the American #legal system. With tremendous skill and tenacity they used the law to demand and get civil justice for their client. Today, I am proud to be a scholar and teacher of American law, and specifically of #tort law (#defamation, the gravamen of #EJeanCarroll suit is a tort). May my torts students all do as much for justice as Kaplan and Crowley have. #LawFedi #LawTeaching
