Phased a couple more exercises back into my routine today as I recover from Monday's b̶e̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ #PhysicalTherapy session.
GAH the arm was mostly OK today but I don't think I'll quite finish the last #PhysicalTherapy exercise today - the set I just finished kind of did me in. It's ok, I fought the good fight.
holy HELL #PhysicalTherapy beat my poor arm to a pulp today.
It's not screaming though! Just a poor limp noodle. Watch this space - the pain may come tomorrow.
Back at it today - I did ALL OF THE THINGS (exercises).

Ended up taking the rest of the day off from shoulder work after my morning work with weights.
Look, I've been so diligent, and apparently someone stuffed the gravel back into my arm over night; sorry not sorry, I needed this day.
Drove for the first time since the surgery.
It was easy, just like riding a bike.
This #RotatorCuff just held 8 squirmy lbs of cat for claw clipping.
(Had to be down - she got her paws hung up on the screen window today.)
GUYS I THINK I KNOW WHAT’S UP WITH MY ARM as in why it hurts to move at all some days and others it’s not that bad and certain exercises are excruciating and ice and meds barely help etc etc.
Doctors love it when their patients self diagnose right?
