According to the German Federal Ministry for Climate Protection with a crown volume of 2,000 m3, a tree has a #photosynthetically active total leaf surface of approximately 15,000 m2. Over the course of a whole year, it produces more than 1,000 kg of oxygen. More street trees in urban areas!
