It is tough for a victim to report a stolen phone to the telephone reporting unit, when the victim has had their phone... stolen.
Lots of traffic oriented traffic on the radio ATM, major route blocked both ways with a disabled big truck, and a triaxle in a sink-hole in neighborhood artery intersection. Also tree down blocking both directions of a major artery with a lot of bus routes.
