A day of surprises and strange juxtapositions.

A low-ceilinged room with stone walls, floor and arched roof. There is a stone fireplace at one end and an arched doorway in the far corner through which artificial light spills. In the middle of the floor, occupying most of the room and almost touching the ceiling is a giant wonder anchor with a hefty rope through a ring at the top.A broken stone spiral staircase in a grand scale, shown from below, with bent iron railings. It ends abruptly, but above it are large arched windows and carvings at the roof edge.A dark room with a wooden cabinet against a stone wall. Resting on a shelf in the cabinet is a giant illuminated glass bottle, around three to four feet long, containing a sailing ship with white unfurled sails.A long stone corridor with arched doorways leading off to the left and right. At the end of the corridor, through another arch, is a flight of stone steps leading up to the left and bathed in dark blue light.
